                                             "SLEEP"





"Sleep". It's not only a morning relationship with your warm comfortable bed, it's basic to your survival. It is as imperative as eating, breathing, and keeping a sufficient water consumption. Sleep is an approach to revive your eyes and your body while the mind re-establishes itself. It enables your brain to get out the superfluous "mess" that aggregates inside it for the duration of the day. Rest encourages you in your cognizant existence to decide, make and sort out memories,and learn/recall how to perform particular physical tasks. Whether an absence of rest is causing an expansion in mental issues, or the dysfunctional behavior issues are causing an absence of rest, both intensify each other, and endeavoring to pinpoint which started things out will extremely just prop us up in circles. So as opposed to looking for the response to which started things out, how about we focus around what is easily within reach. Rest; how about we get a few sleep .Rest is a foremost thing to evacuate mental illness. These days its important to be a mental fit instead of a physical fit. Making you a mental fit makes your life more balanced ,easier and comfortable and confident. Sleep is just one part of my life, and is determined by my body and circumstance.  I just focus on enjoying what I have, and don't worry about what I don't have.  My life is not about suffering.  It is about living. So,sleep is necessary for physical as well as mental fitness ,we always take it very casually but these small things always create a big difference in our lives. Excessive of everything is harmful but to lead a victorious life ,must make concrete plans and have a balanced life.Illness always brings dissatisfaction and unhappiness .To remove those illness try to focus and give importance to those small things in life even if its all about sleep.
